FAQs

The Tours can be booked by contacting us directly via calling or email along with other social media options like Facebook or Instagram. The Booking can be done against a customized itinerary or a pre-suggested trip available in the website.

Payment methods accepted are Credit/Debit Card (VISA and Mastercard), Bank Transfers, All UPI Payment modes and Cash in hand at our business location

The Payment has to be done in 3 parts: (1) 70% at the time of Booking (2) 20 days before of the start of Trip: Balance Amount – INR 5000 or equivalent in other currency (3) INR 5,000 or equivalent in other currency post completion of the trip

The Tours can be cancelled at anytime before the start of the journey. Any Trips not attended post the start date will be auto cancelled. All Trips whether cancelled by the traveller or auto cancelled are eligible for refunds as per the refund policy

In Case of Cancellation or auto cancelled for trips Flight Tickets, Train Tickets and Entrance Admission tickets for local activities will have no refunds. Refund amount on hotel depends on the selected destination and will be eligible for a 70% to 100% refund for cancellation 5 days prior to the start date (For some cases we also offer 100% refund for cancellations prior to 24 hrs). All Transfers and Sightseeing are eligible for a 100% refund if cancelled prior to 5 days and 80% refund if cancelled later than that (including auto cancellation after the start of the trip) of start of Trip

The process of Refund can be in the same mode of payment or in any other mode as suitable for the Traveller and will be initiated within 2 hours of cancellation of Trip.

There are different itineraries that are provided in the Destination page details. Any of them can be sent as a request for customization via submit and mentioning the customizations required as a comment. If it is required for a total customization then a traveller can create their own customized itinerary by clicking on the “Create Your Own Tour” where you can select each day wise activity and trips that are suitable as per your interest. We will get back within 24 hours with your dream trip

If the flight is cancelled or delayed please inform us and we will adjust and rearrange the entire tour to suit the new timeline of the flights without any additional cost (If due to delay there are Sightseeing that are not possible to cover then a refund will be issues against that and the overall Trip cost will be reduced). If you require to cancel the entire tour then we will initiate a refund as per our refund policies.

If there is a need to change the itinerary once the Trip has started, we will accommodate that without any hesitation. If the new Itinerary demands any activities that has an additional cost, then it will be added to the Total Trip cost (If there is a reduction in cost then a refund will be issued as well)

In case an activity is cancelled for a particular day we offer to carry out the same activity on another day provided there is scope or any alternate activity that can be carried out on the same day. If you do not opt for any of the options mentioned then a refund will be issued against that activity as per the refund policy

No, we do not provide facility to book only accommodations or air and train tickets. However, only Transfers, activities and sightseeing can be booked

Yes, the minimum Trip duration has to be 4 days except for very specific certain destinations like Goa (minimum 3 days) where the Trip can be covered with less time.

We provide activities for all age range. Please indicate us the age limit of your group/solo and we will curate the Trip to suit your needs (Ex: Children will have activities like Legoland, Disneyland, Amusement Park and Old age will not have any activities that demands a lot of walking).

Our fleet consists of cars between 4-seater to 50-seater. Depending on the location, accessibility of roads and terrain we can either accommodate 1 car or multiple cars. The model of car depends on your preference of travel between budget friendly or Luxury. We also have the option of Helicopter booking for certain destinations

We are deeply rooted with local culture within and outside of India. All our Tours are conducted in 2 mandatory languages English and Local. For any other languages we will cater to special requests case by case basis

The tour is confirmed once you make the initial booking payment and you will get a confirmation message/email about the same within 15 mins of payment. The invoice against the same will be provided within 4 hours of the payment

We have the option of a separate guide with all our tours in the language of your preference. If you do not require a special guide for the entire tour duration but for specific activities only, we can facilitate that also. In all our Tours the driver that will be provided will act as a self-service guide having extensive knowledge of the trip and all its activities
